LOGOS ELXP is a learning content management and delivery platform that integrates evidence-based learning strategies with enterprise solutions—born out of a deep understanding of the unmet needs in early education and a passion for innovation. What sets LOGOS ELXP apart is its unique blend of features: an all-in-one solution, age-appropriate interface, high accessibility, and a suite of teacher features such as automated attendance and AI-assisted grading. LOGOS uses a three-screen structure that is designed to organize, motivate, and engage.
The Prototype
This prototype prioritized gameplay dynamics, workflow logic, and visual scaffolds over component libraries. The design strategy focuses on mapping content to to the system and learner profiles—leveling, feedback loops, visual cues, and sequence logic. The design applies just-in-time, in-the-flow-of-work, and on-demand learning, combined with a badge schema aligned to learning progressions.
You can explore an early medium fidelity prototype with a pop-up tour that includes citations for the research behind the design strategy.

Solution Design
LOGOS is a content neutral platform that is designed to ingest a wide variety of content and map it to the system, enabling automatic delivery, status updates, and gamification elements.
Add-on content packs offer ready-to-go content and integrations like a library app, health and wellness, hybrid laboratory app, and an integrated maker space.
Smart Scaffolding
At the heart of LOGOS ELXP is our unique innovation—proprietary algorithms we call “Smart Scaffolding” that analyze content and assess learner proficiencies and preferences so as to personalize the learning experience to a granular degree made possible by LLMs.

Research
The LOGOS ELXP platform's design is informed by decades of learning science research. Throughout the platform's development, multiple research initiatives have been conducted including market research, customer discovery, expert elicitation, and user testing.

Market Fit Analysis
LOGOS received entrepreneurial mentorship through CMU's Swartz Center's Project Olympus Incubator, which helped define primary and secondary market segments and key stakeholders. The program is designed to align innovation research with market needs for potential commercialization.
Customer Discovery
During NSF AI & Robotics I-Corps customer discovery, I conducted interviews with educators, district leaders, EdTech evaluators, and other stakeholders. Findings confirmed alignment with needs for K–5 structure, motivation, clarity, and flow. Stakeholders emphasized the value of organizational simplicity, learning progression mapping, and gamification tied directly to skill development. The discovery validated the problem-solution fit and shaped next-step commercialization strategy.
