I designed an e-learning course that taught UNICEF programme leaders how to integrate climate-change initiatives into the UN Country Programme Cycle. The course translated a complex, multi-year operational framework into an intuitive learning experience, using interactive hotspots, visual storytelling, and scenario-based exploration. The centrepiece was a dynamic resource map that allowed learners to click through each stage of the cycle, uncover guidance, and access climate-aligned tools at the exact moment they were needed.
