10zebra is an AI-powered video editor designed for creators and enterprise teams. I designed the full platform user manual and customer onboarding experience, mapping the workflow, simplifying the tool’s cognitive load, and creating a clear learning path from first login to advanced features.
The Need
New users needed a structured, intuitive way to learn the AI editor without feeling overwhelmed by its capabilities. The startup had no documentation, no onboarding system, and no unified UX language. They needed a complete customer education system that explained the tool, guided behavior, and reduced support tickets.
The Process
I audited the platform, mapped feature flows, and clarified the mental model behind the tool’s AI functions. I designed step-by-step onboarding sequences, troubleshooting paths, and a clean visual information system. Testing with early users helped refine clarity, reduce ambiguity, and eliminate friction in key tasks.
The Outcome
