Project Overview
Peer2Peer (P2P) is a blended à la carte curriculum created by psychological health specialists to strengthen resilience on teams working in emotionally demanding or high-risk environments. The design supports mixed-proficiency groups, flexible entry points, and a structured path to certification.
Teams in high-stress or high-risk roles often lack consistent peer-support structures. P2P was developed to clarify roles, strengthen cohesion, and provide practical tools every team member can use to support one another.

Process and Outcome
The hybrid learning flow was built around a centralized framework, group interaction, and modular paths. The content was structured so teams could engage at different proficiencies while still deepening their understanding of the core concepts. Additional resources and optional certification were added to support long-term adoption.
The final design supports team stability, clearer expectations, stronger interpersonal connections, and scalable peer-support practices across locations and roles.
