The Problem
The client had already completed a full needs analysis and discovery phase and was looking for a design team with experience in game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine to translate those findings into solutions to present at the World Wide Convention.
As the proposal designer, I framed the response around a committed partnership, broad expertise, and flexible solution design, positioning our team as collaborators who could explore multiple immersive, high-impact options rather than locking them into a single concept upfront.
After extensive research, I was able to derisk the proposal by speaking the client’s language. I aligned our team’s skills to McDonald’s internal L&D pillars, matched the illustrations to the updated uniform design, and adhered to the new Duckworth-era branding guidelines. Every element is designed as a standalone asset that the client can reuse. Several frames function as info-memes for team introductions and activity overviews. The final 8.5"×11" page with its legend can easily be added to documents for internal circulation.
